We are seeking a volunteer to conduct a focused review of the grant application’s budget and related financial documents for an arts and culture program, producing a short written summary of findings, identification of financial risks or gaps, and practical recommendations to improve clarity and compliance. Specific scope and documents will be discussed with volunteers.

This project will strengthen stewardship of grant funds for our arts and culture program and help ensure resources accelerate research and improve clinical outcomes in music and medicine. A clear, actionable budget and set of recommendations will enhance program transparency, effectiveness, and long-term impact.

Specific grant materials, timelines, and expectations will be provided during scoping conversations. Our team will collaborate with volunteers, answer questions, and be available for discussions so recommendations are practical and can be implemented. Volunteers will be supported throughout the review.
