#GivingTuesday is the single largest day of giving across the globe. It’s a movement rooted in creating community during the holiday season and doing what we can to make this world a better place. It has also become an incredibly important fundraising day for nonprofit organizations kicking off their holiday giving campaigns.
We’re celebrating #GivingTuesday with donations of time and valuable professional skills!
Our goal: get as many talented volunteers connected with nonprofits as possible during this special day of community.
On Tuesday, November 28 (#GivingTuesday!), Taproot is hosting a live volunteerism drive starting at 12 PM ET. Our team members are leading an open Zoom space for our volunteer community, chatting about how to get involved and helping you find impactful donation opportunities for your professional skillset. During this event, you can speak with Taproot staff members about your social issue interests and the skills you’re comfortable donating and our team will find you relevant virtual volunteer opportunities on the spot! Use the space to network with your fellow pro bono consultants or ask questions about skills-based volunteering best practices—whatever is most helpful for you.
