Our nonprofit is seeking a volunteer who can complete a comprehensive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis.

This research and analysis will be a core building block for our organization's planning efforts. During this project, our volunteer will:

-Research industry trends
-Study feedback from our nonprofit's stakeholders
-Create a breakdown of our nonprofit’s internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats
-fundraising, nonprofit business development, and program design
The WildRoot Collective’s mission is to cultivate healing, justice, and connection through intergenerational programs, food sovereignty education, and cultural resilience.

A thorough SWOT analysis will help us:

Build a data-informed roadmap for sustainable growth,

Strengthen our fundraising capacity and partnerships,

Identify gaps and opportunities in our community programming, and

Clarify how to best serve our participants and partners.

By contributing their expertise, the volunteer will help ensure that our programs—rooted in culture, community, and care—continue to thrive and create meaningful, lasting change.
We are a newly founded nonprofit organizationn and need assistance with fundraising, nonprofit business development, and program design.

Organization Mission

The WildRoot Collective is a Georgia-based nonprofit and social enterprise committed to justice-centered community building, collective liberation, community wellness, and food sovereignty. Our hybrid model integrates earned income from mission-driven businesses—Wild Lit Books and Wild Grounds Coffee Company—with community-centered nonprofit programming. In partnership with our community, we address food injustice, social isolation, and the absence of joyful, nourishing spaces—grounding our work in land, culture, and collective learning. Our approach is bold yet grounded: profit supports purpose, and our community is at the center of everything we do. To cultivate healing, justice, and connection through intergenerational programs, food sovereignty education, and cultural resilience, rooted in a vision of collective liberation.
