Coaching and Mentorship Program Design Review & Recommendations
As part of our mission, we provide girls leadership opportunities by coaching youth sports. We have our leadership mentors connect the dots with our coaches to see how the skills they are learning via coaching carry over from the field to the corporate office. We are looking for someone with executive coaching and a program design background to review our materials and make it consistent and robust.
Our mission resonates with sports icons and business leaders. People understand the correlation of coaching and close tie and impact of leadership. Two iconic Bay Area Coaches - Steve Kerr and Tara VanDerVeer have come and spoken to our community as they fully believe in what we are doing.
We currently have the coaches training curriculum and a draft of our mentor leadership curriculum. I would like to have the Taproot volunteer review it and help refine it, add to it, help us create a roll-out plan that synchronizes the reinforcement of the leadership learned on the court.
