CRM Optimization (EspoCRM)
We are seeking a skilled IT professional volunteer to enhance and optimize our EspoCRM platform, which serves as the core of our CMS portal. The volunteer will focus on implementing software updates, improving system functionality, and ensuring the platform runs efficiently to meet our organizational needs. A goal of this project should be that our team feels comfortable maintaining the system after this volunteer's project with us has wrapped.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
Strong IT background with specific experience in CRM platforms, particularly EspoCRM.
In-depth understanding of software updates, system integrations, and CRM optimization.
Ability to troubleshoot and enhance the current system to improve usability and performance.
This project is critical to ensuring that our CRM system remains robust, up-to-date, and fully functional for our team’s day-to-day operations.

Preparations for the Project:
We have thoroughly assessed our current EspoCRM platform and identified key areas where improvements are needed, such as software updates, and system performance optimization. Additionally, we’ve gathered input from our team to ensure that the enhancements align with our operational needs. We also have a dedicated point of contact to support the volunteer throughout the project, providing any necessary background information or assistance.
Implementation Plan:
Once the volunteer completes the enhancements, we plan to test the updated system with a small group of internal users to ensure everything runs smoothly. After resolving any potential issues, we will conduct training sessions with our staff to familiarize them with the new features and improvements. Post-implementation, we will maintain ongoing monitoring and support to ensure the platform continues to operate efficiently and meets our organizational goals.
