Our nonprofit needs support crafting the scope and sequence for a podcast about the ethical impact of nonprofit development.

Our CEO and founder Nasser Diallo would like to interview donors about their investment in causes they feel passionate about. We need someone to help us form a narrative arc for each podcast and a project scope for a series of 5 episodes. This scope should include key communications planning elements such as: a speaker outreach strategy, interview question development, promotional tactics, etc. If the volunteer also had technical skills related to podcast we would be exceedingly grateful for advice on that front as well.

Our organization, Clinic+O, is a critical juncture in our growth. We are looking for support in expanding our impact and outreach and we believe creating a podcast will help disseminate our message. We are looking for a very organized project manager that can interpret the intent of our podcast and help us plan the scope and sequence of 5 episodes. Your support in this endeavor could lead to attracting more patients and acquiring more funding, two things that will help expand our impact.

To prepare for the creation of this communications/project plan checklist, we have written out a list of topics and funders we would like to include in each episode but we need help organizing it and reaching out to our contacts.

Clinic+O was founded in September 2020 by Nasser Diallo in New York City. Originally from Guinea in West Africa, Nasser saw the ongoing healthcare crisis in the region being compounded by COVID-19, Ebola, and other persistent conditions. Along with concern for his own family in Guinea, Nasser felt an obligation to do something that would improve conditions for anyone who needed access to healthcare, especially those living in poverty. With help from a number of local physicians, Nasser was able to recruit an initial team of doctors and nurses who began working as independent contractors to provide primary care services both in person and virtually, using Clinic+O's platform.
