Grant Writing & Funding Strategy Support

We would like to work with a skilled volunteer to help us secure funding that will strengthen our programs and services for seniors. Our mission is to create a safe space to care for and protect seniors from neglect, abuse, and fraud. To sustain and grow this work, we need help creating well-crafted proposals that clearly communicate our impact and align with potential funders’ priorities.

Project tasks will include:

-Researching 2-4 grant opportunities that fit our mission and programs.
-Helping us develop a grant template that can be adapted for future opportunities.
-Providing recommendations on how to strengthen our case for support.
-Offering guidance on building a basic grant calendar for upcoming deadlines.

By contributing your time and expertise, you will help ensure our seniors receive the care, support, protection, and quality of life they deserve.

This project is directly tied to our mission of creating a safe space to care for and protect seniors from neglect, abuse, and fraud. By helping us secure new funding, the volunteer will make it possible to expand our core services: care, support, protection, and quality of life checks, reaching more seniors who urgently need assistance.

Many of our seniors face situations of vulnerability, often without the financial means to access proper support. A successful grant strategy will allow us to sustain our advocacy, enhance wellness programming, and broaden outreach so no senior is left behind.

Through this project, the volunteer’s work will not only secure resources but also ensure the longevity and impact of our mission: empowering seniors to live with dignity, safety, and peace of mind.

We are committed to making this a successful and rewarding collaboration. Our team has prepared organizational background materials, program descriptions, and impact stories that can be shared with the volunteer as source content. We will ensure open communication, timely feedback, and provide any additional information needed to support the process.

Every recommendation and proposal draft from the volunteer will be carefully reviewed and directly integrated into our fundraising strategy, so their work will have a lasting impact on our ability to serve seniors.
