Recruitment Strategy for Nonprofit Leadership Role
We need recruiting help to find a new Head of Partnerships at Network for Good. This pro bono project will include finalizing the job description, outlining where the job should be shared, and crafting an interview flow.
The position we are hiring for:
We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to drive the organization’s Partner revenue strategy, manage strategic relationships, and lead growth initiatives. The major focus of this role will be in the entrepreneurial spirit of creating and managing giving programs for partners, ranging from big brands to emerging startups. Helping others and giving back to the community are values that many leading brands now embody - and the goal of this role will be to identify and connect with those brands that can embed giving into their customer experience to grow and strengthen their brand customer relationships. This will include designing and implementing partner donation models and programs, including pricing models (e.g. Revenue share agreements). You must be passionate about building relationships and believe that the power of generosity can change the world.
Level would be Director/Senior Director, and we'd like to have some help in sourcing candidates.
This role is critical to the growth of Network for Good, and would be a fantastic opportunity for the right individual with some partner/biz-dev experience, who is interested in helping our mission of 'unleashing generosity'.
We will designate a team member to lead the project and work with the volunteer. We will also prepare members of our Board of Directors so they are aware of the project. We'll provide you with relevant information about our stakeholders and a background briefing on our programs, mission, vision, and purpose. You will have access to relevant materials and our current recruitment pipelines.
