Website UX/UI Optimization

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to assist the Pay Your Tuition Foundation in optimizing our existing websites to improve usability, functionality, and the overall user experience. We currently have websites in place and some draft designs prepared, but we need expert guidance to refine these elements and create an intuitive user journey that aligns with our mission to support underrepresented students in overcoming financial barriers to education. The volunteer will help assess our current design, refine the user experience, and develop prototypes or recommendations to enhance navigation, accessibility, and engagement. This project will play a critical role in helping us better connect with donors, students, and partners, ensuring our mission and impact are communicated effectively.

This project is central to advancing our mission of helping students overcome financial barriers to education by enhancing our digital presence. We’ve prepared for this work by securing internal alignment on the project’s goals, gathering materials such as our current websites and draft designs, and ensuring the availability of our team to collaborate effectively. The improved website and user journey will serve as key tools to engage donors, students, and partners, allowing us to communicate our impact more effectively and increase participation in our initiatives. Once complete, our team will implement the outcomes by integrating the updates into our platforms and leveraging them to amplify our mission.

To ensure the project's success, we will provide access to our current websites and draft designs to give the volunteer a clear starting point. Our team will also be available to collaborate and offer insights into our goals, target audience, and key features we aim to prioritize.
