We're seeking a volunteer to help us maximize our Google Ad Grant. This project will play a key role in our organization's ability to grow brand awareness and impact community members. Currently, Google Ads is set up but not working optimally in driving traffic to our website. This project may include the following activities:
- Troubleshoot set-up challenges with Google Ads
- Development of or updates to our nonprofit's Google Ads strategy
-Training a staff member on how to update Google Ads and monitor their performance
-Setting up integration between Google Ads and Google Analytics
-Making recommendations for future search engine optimization or content management projects that will improve our Google Ads health

Our ideal volunteer has experience with Google Ads and copywriting skills.

New Yorkers For Children has recently refreshed our website, and now we want to attract new audiences to it! You will help drive people to understand more about our mission, encouraging them to sign up for our newsletter and other calls to action.

To prepare, we have activated Google Ads for our website and secured a Google Ad Grant award. We are prepared to share the login credentials to our Google Workspace. In our first session together, we'll brief you on our marketing goals, as well as our mission, vision, and purpose. Your training of our team members on Google Ads best practices will help ensure the long-term successful implementation of the great work you share with us.

New Yorkers For Children (NYFC) was founded in 1996 as an independent partner to the NYC Administration for Children's Services (ACS) to help meet the needs of youth in foster care that the system could not provide. Across all of our programming, we ensure these young people receive the necessary academic, professional, and personal support services they need to thrive as independent adults. New Yorkers For Children occupies a unique position within the city's child welfare landscape. As the non-profit partner of ACS with strong ties to all of the foster care agencies, we have a deep understanding of the needs of the foster care population. Meanwhile, our independence allows youth to view NYFC as the "missing puzzle piece" in the system, fostering a safe space for developing close relationships and supporting them in their transition to adulthood.
