We are a nonprofit orchestra looking for a skilled web developer and digital strategist to support a website improvement initiative that enhances audience engagement, fundraising, and sponsorship opportunities. The project involves optimizing both of our WordPress websites for performance and setting up tracking systems to measure marketing and development impact.

This project will help build internal capacity by ensuring that the websites are mobile-friendly, accessible, and properly integrated with key marketing and fundraising tools.

Our organization brings the power of live music to the community, enriching lives through performances, education, and outreach. A well-optimized, user-friendly website is essential to expanding our reach, increasing ticket sales, and strengthening donor engagement.

By improving our website’s mobile accessibility, event visibility, and tracking capabilities, this project will make it easier for audiences to discover concerts, support our programs, and connect with our mission. Volunteers will directly contribute to enhancing community access to the arts, ensuring that more people can experience and support live music for years to come.

We’ve taken several steps to ensure this project’s success. The Board Marketing Director, an experienced website developer with expertise in WordPress and Elementor, will oversee implementation and provide technical guidance. The organization has internal buy-in for this work, as improving the website is a priority for both marketing and development goals.

Additionally, the Board Marketing Director has already conducted a preliminary site audit and has access to key integration platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, ticketing system, and Salesforce), ensuring that the volunteer’s work can be effectively implemented. The project will transition to the Marketing Manager after June 1, 2025, ensuring long-term sustainability.

This structured approach ensures clear priorities, a well-prepared team, and a seamless integration of improvements into our ongoing operations.
