Review and Revise Employee Handbook
My goal is to revise our current employee handbook to utilize more inclusive language.
Through working with our organization on this project it will forward our mission to practice inclusion on a daily basis.
My team and I have prepared for this project by going through our handbook to identify non-inclusive terms. However, our background does not cover legal implications of changing verbiage and therefore we would appreciate an HR volunteer to let us know where the changes can be made legally.
