Legal Consultation to Ensure Nonprofit Compliance

We are looking for someone who can provide legal considerations for our nonprofit org. We're already established and have the appropriate documents. We just need someone to review existing materials and operations to ensure we are in compliance and are thinking about things the right way. Would love if the volunteer can review our Board structure, by laws, share considerations for any insurance needed for events we host, and anything we may not be thinking about.

This would help us to be compliant with any nonprofit laws we should be aware of, mitigate risk and ease any concern so we can focus on creating impact.

We have all materials organized and ready for your review, and we will certainly host an introductory call to kick off the project. This would help since we're small and fairly new, to ensure we are structured appropriately as we plan to grow and scale.
