We would like to develop a visually compelling and professionally designed Annual Report for our nonprofit organization, Drop of Water. This report will highlight our 2024 accomplishments, impact stories, financials, and future goals. Our inspiration is the high-quality storytelling and design of Charity: Water’s annual reports. With support from a skilled volunteer, we aim to turn our prepared content and selected photos into a powerful digital and print-ready publication that reflects our brand and resonates with donors, partners, and supporters.

Creating a strong annual report will significantly support our mission of providing clean water and sanitation to rural communities in Ethiopia. It will allow us to showcase our impact in a clear, credible, and emotionally engaging way—building trust and transparency with our existing donors and helping us attract new supporters. Every dollar we raise translates directly into life-changing services, and this report will serve as a key tool in telling that story and driving further action.

To ensure this project runs smoothly, our team has already compiled the content and carefully selected impactful photographs. We have internal alignment on the report’s goals and design vision. Our team is fully committed to collaborating with the volunteer and will be available to answer questions, provide feedback, or supply any additional materials needed throughout the process. We are well-prepared and excited to make the most of this opportunity.
