Salesforce - Grant Prospecting and Proposal Content Management

We are using Salesforce NPSP for case management, and would like to start using Salesforce to (1) manage our grant prospecting (funding opportunities from foundations and individual donors) and (2) manage our grant application content to allow us to efficiently draw from our previousl grant applications (rather than redrafting from scratch); and (3) better understand how AI might help us with drafting grant applications.

Once the implementation is complete, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

With better management for our grant prospecting and better access to the content of our prior grant applications, we will succeed in applying for 2-3 times as many grants, which will yield the support to enable us to serve many more exoneree clients in their journey to rebuild their lives after wrongful incarceration.

We are already using Salesforce NPSP and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our specific goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
