We have a fledgling website for our small organization, built by one volunteer and managed by another. None of us are communications professionals. Knowing our limits, we do not plan to make our website super active or update it very often; we will do that via social media. But we know we need to make improvements and make an organized structure; we need to make sure that we encapture all of the facts about our organization, describe the needs for our activities, describe our activities. We would love someone to lead us in a workshop to help us maximize the effectiveness of the website and to ensure we are being clear with our services and our goals. We can *probably* make the changes ourselves with our volunteers.... but if there is also someone who wants to actually make those changes that would also be welcome!

When we apply for projects and make presentations, it is natural for people to do web research on us, and the obvious starting point is the website. We need this to be a sort of anchor or library of us and our work so that donors and potential programming partners understand the work we do, first and foremost, but also hopefully get inspired to work alongside us.

We already have a basic website (lotusbuds.dk) that was set up by one volunteer who is self-teaching in web design; we have another volunteer who joined who is much more knowledgeable and is even looking into the coding behind. So really I think we mostly need guidance on setting up a good structure of information; advice on placement, visuals, information. So maybe we need more UI than anything else?

Lotus buds strives for: A World of Equal Opportunities for Every Child We accomplish this in an underserved district of Cairo, Egypt, one of the poorest in the city. We serve underprivileged children through education, health, and community engagement to cultivate a brighter future. In doing so, we are creating a world - or at least a community - where every child has access to quality education, healthcare, and recreational opportunities, regardless of socio-economic background.
