Work Management And CRM Management Integration Support
We are using Monday.com. Help us make the most out of our CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.
At The 15 White Coats, we’re on a bold mission to transform the face of medicine and education through literacy, mentorship, and access. Our programs—like the Resilient Readers Book Club, the Funding the Future Physicians initiative, and our HBCU Tethered Tour—reach thousands of underrepresented students, educators, and aspiring physicians nationwide.
As our reach expands, so does the need to keep our operations efficient, connected, and data-informed. That’s where you come in.
We’re seeking a tech-savvy, impact-driven volunteer to help us unlock the full potential of our Monday.com CRM. With your expertise, we can:
Streamline and automate our outreach and engagement with educators, mentors, students, and partners.
Track key impact metrics and funding pipelines to better report outcomes to donors and grantors.
Integrate with tools like Google Workspace, Submittable, and email marketing platforms to eliminate redundancy and increase speed-to-action.
Empower our growing team with simple dashboards and easy-to-follow workflows so that nothing falls through the cracks.
📊 Our Goal: Workflows That Work for Every Program
From book distribution to cohort tracking, we are building effective workflows for all major programming initiatives. Your skills will directly support the infrastructure behind:
Curriculum delivery and scholar support in Funding the Future Physicians
Volunteer and virtual reading coordination for the Resilient Readers Book Club
Partner engagement and logistics management for the HBCU Tethered Tour
This is more than process—it’s about making sure every child, student, and partner experiences our mission in action, without delay or disruption.
🌟 Why Your Time Matters
By optimizing our CRM, you’re not just improving a tech tool—you’re helping ensure that:
Every child in our literacy programs receives curated books that reflect their identity.
Every aspiring physician has a clear pathway to medical school, with the mentorship and resources they need to succeed.
Our team can focus more time on impact and less on administration.
We’ll rely on you to:
Assess our current system setup and identify areas for improvement.
Recommend and implement smart automations, templates, and integrations.
Create simple documentation or conduct a brief training for our staff to maintain the system independently.
📈 The Ripple Effect of Your Work
Your contribution will make a real difference in how we serve:
Over 10,000 K–12 students through book access and culturally-relevant reading experiences.
Hundreds of college students as they prepare for medical school and careers in healthcare.
Dozens of community partners and educators who rely on our organized support.
If you're ready to make your tech skills count for something bigger, we can’t wait to meet you.
Join us in building a CRM that powers equity, education, and excellence—one workflow at a time.
We have already selected a CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
