Recruitment Strategy And Management Assistance

We are looking to hire a Treasurer and Legal Counsel

• Meet with our leadership team to assess vacant roles and organizational needs
• Conduct interviews with board members and staff involved in recruitment to evaluate past tactics
• Develop an initial draft of an inclusive recruitment strategy that ensures candidates reflect the diversity of the single fathers we serve
• Incorporate feedback from relevant team members to finalize the recruitment plan

We are committed to growing our organization, securing funding, and expanding our programs to reach more single fathers in need. This project will help refine our approach to hiring and recruiting, ensuring we have a strong foundation to support our mission.

We will designate a team member to lead the project and work with the volunteer. We will also prepare members of our Board of Directors so they are aware of the project. We'll provide you with relevant information about our stakeholders and a background briefing on our programs, mission, vision, and purpose. You will have access to relevant materials and our current recruitment pipelines.
