QuickBooks Budget Generation

We're looking for a volunteer with experience setting up a budget by harnessing QBO templates and data. We have thoroughly overhauled our chart of accounts and lined up an outsourced bookkeeper. Now we need to structure a budget that helps us cut across multiple funding/funder fiscal years and other complexities for an umbrella association that supports over 40 indpependent non-profits. We ask that you make yourself available for up to two weeks to address our questions as we adjust to the new software and systems.

We will gain a more proactive and strategic grip on our key financial management functions by building off a solid budgeting process. This will also bolster transparency among our far-flung membership base and lead to more member engagement and growth.

We've acquired a new accounting software and revised methods, set up a finance committee and outsourced bookkeeping. Now we need a hand to structure our budget process and timelines.
