QuickBooks Accounting Set Up

We're looking for a volunteer with experience setting up a accounting/bookkeeping system and/or software! We use QuickBooks You'll help us set up chart of accounts, classes, regular recording, reconciliation, and reporting practices by spending 20-25 hours with us over 2-3 weeks. In our first meeting, we'll share a detailed description of our existing financial record-keeping and reporting systems. In the second phase of our project, evluate and set -up new chart of accounts and add classes. Finally, you will provide one or two of our team members with basic training. We ask that you make yourself available for up to two weeks to address our questions as we adjust to the new software and systems.

Our organization was founded in 2021. We need items reviewed and propertly catorgorized to bring us up todate. We would love some one who can also assist with 990 and nonprofit tax compliance. We will designate a member of our team who will manage the volunteer and the project.
