Salesforce Optimization

Dare2tri implemented Salesforce about a year ago but the system the paid consultants set up did not work for us at all. We have had some amazing support from Salesforce Pro Bono folks who are working to reconfigure and clean up the system. Once that is done we will need some help optimizing the system as well as finding some 3rd party tools that we can use for registration that will import easily into salesforce. We are looking for someone to assist a few hours a week for several weeks to get us to a place where our small team with little technology skills can use the system.

We need one central database that can house info on our athletes, volunteers, donors and supporters so we can efficiently and clearly communicate with and track data. We want registration for athletes and volunteers to be smooth, easy, accessible. Having a system that works for us will allow us to focus on serving our athletes and getting people to live healthy, active lives.

Our organization is growing and is launching an expansion campaign. We need to create efficiencies for our admin/infrastructure so we can focus doing what we do best, impacting lives and executing on our mission.
