About the Opportunity

We are looking for a volunteer skilled in executive coaching to work with the President.

Our people are what make our organization so effective. We need your help ensuring that our leaders are as prepared as possible to navigate a crisis or major shifts in program delivery by building up their empathy, agility, and decision-making skills. We are specifically interested in coaching services on the following areas:
-Change management
-Remote team oversight
-Building and maintaining organizational culture
-Earning buy-in
-Vision coaching
-Leadership best practices

This project is designed to significantly enhance leadership support for BCDI-Atlanta while simultaneously fostering and strengthening the organization's culture. By implementing targeted initiatives and promoting collaborative engagement, we aim to empower leaders to actively champion the mission of BCDI-Atlanta.

Our organization is primed and ready to make this important investment. We hope our volunteers can meet with the President 1-2 times weekly for 60-90 minute coaching sessions.
