Lovesetmatch.org is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering students through mentorship, education, and community engagement. We use technology to connect with and support our students, fostering their growth and success.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Volunteer SMS Coordinator to manage SMS communications using Twilio's messaging platform. This fully remote project and involves sending personalized text messages, coordinating program updates

At LoveSetMatch, communication isn’t just a tool — it’s a pillar of trust, access, and impact. Our clients, many of whom come from underserved communities, rely on clear, consistent, and inclusive communication to stay connected to the free resources and opportunities we offer.

Whether it’s a reminder about class times, a last-minute weather update, or a community event announcement, timely communication allows us to:

Ensure students and families don’t miss out on valuable programs

Build stronger relationships and foster a sense of belonging

Promote safety and reduce confusion

Collect feedback and understand community needs

Share urgent updates and scheduling changes

Using TWILIO we hope to have SMS access to students and parents quickly for our education programs. This fully remote role involves sending personalized text messages, coordinating program updates, and engaging with students to support Lovesetmatch.org's mission. The position is ideal for someone passionate about nonprofit work, technology, and making a positive impact on students' lives.

LoveSetMatch is a 501 (c) (3) Charitable Organization.  Established in 2010 as a successful private tennis academy, the organization transformed into a National Junior Tennis & Learning Partner (NJTL) not-for-profit community-based charity providing affordable tennis instruction, education, health, and fitness services to the community. Our Mission is to train unsupported kids & adults into healthy individuals through Tennis, Fitness, & Education. Our program includes S.T.E.M based tennis and racquet sport education for youth and adults with our ultimate goal of Free Tennis Lessons for All.
