Our goal is to have a completely functioning Google Workspace for our organization's use and integration into our website. Many attempts have been made to follow Google's instructions, but we keep getting rerouted to the initial step of obtaining an account. When we go through the process, again, we're told we already have an account! We get nowhere with Google forums or help.

Being able to effectively use Google Workspace would allow our team members to better communicate with one another. It would also allow us to have a more professional presence in our email, website and social media communications with donors, scholarship applicants, etc. We're also hoping it will unlock other opportunities with Google Workspace that we are currently unable to take advantage of due to the inability to set up our account correctly.

We have prepared by securing approval for and access to Google Workspace for Nonprofits. One of our co-founders is dedicated to working with a volunteer from beginning to end. Once Workspace is established, we will issue personalized email addresses to each board member and volunteer (6 persons) to use for fundraising and other communications.
