Project Coordination Support

We want to create a strong and organized committee structure to support our community-focused initiatives like Wellness Week and Street Care. With the help of a skilled volunteer, we aim to enhance the coordination of our various committees by developing effective communication systems, setting up meeting schedules, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment between committee goals and organizational priorities. The volunteer’s expertise will help us build a foundation that empowers committee members to collaborate efficiently, stay accountable, and maximize their contributions toward our mission.

This project will directly support our organization’s mission by strengthening the coordination and effectiveness of our committees, which are essential to planning and executing programs like Wellness Week and Street Care. We will begin by providing a thorough orientation to our mission, current committee structure, and upcoming priorities. The volunteer will be matched with a dedicated point of contact and given access to key documents, tools, and communication platforms (such as Google Drive and Zoom). We’ll define clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables from the outset. Regular check-ins will ensure alignment and allow for feedback and support. By fostering open communication and a collaborative environment, we will make sure the volunteer has the guidance and flexibility needed to succeed and make a meaningful impact.
