Our nonprofit is searching for a grant writer or talented copywriter to assist our team in finding grant proposals year round for an excel sheet and managing our grant applications.

To implement this grant writing project, we'll need two meetings with a volunteer. In our first meeting, we will provide you with a copy and review the plan with you. We'll align on expectations and agree on the project timeline. Next, you'll review our document using the track changes function checking for inconsistencies and continuity errors, and creates a list of recommended changes to share with us. Then we will begin drafting the grants as an overview for each project.

I'm grateful that TRIIBE can provide funding, mentorship, and community to help sophomores scale their nonprofits throughout college. To that end, one of the facets we want to provide is a list of grants eligible and accessible to ourselves and our cohort nonprofits, in an organized sheet. Doing so will allow them to scale their work more easily, to counter the statistic that less than 1% of climate funding goes towards youth-led organizations.

We have a dedicated team member for the project who will provide you with the document that needs to be reviewed from google drive. We'll also send you the proposal and application guidelines for you to draft out.

Organization Mission

The Problem Today, over 4,000 student-led nonprofits exist in the U.S., but nearly 80% fade within a year, often driven by college applications rather than long-term aspirations. After graduation, running a nonprofit grows harder, with less than 1% of funding reaching youth organizations. Our Mission To help 100 Sophomores scale their nonprofits throughout college, without burning out Our Vision A future in which committed nonprofit directors are in every graduating class Our Model College is a rare window of opportunity, a space before real-world pressures fully set in. That’s where TRIIBE comes in: personalized support for five sophomores each semester, affirming their path and sustaining their vision. We provide: - Funding: $5000 Cash prizes to scale impact - Mentorship: Guidance from experienced leaders to optimize strategies - Community: Opportunities to connect with other young changemakers
