Help us find future cohort applicants for our grants! TRIIBE provides funding, mentorship, and community to college sophomores seeking to continue their nonprofits post-grad. As such, we would like support sourcing more applicants to our 3-year program. Some of the activities you'll support with during this project include:

-Meeting with our organization's leadership to establish a plan for finding future founders.
- Expanding our search and updating our invitation to apply template to reach more founders at a wide variety of universities across the United States.
- Identifying other organizations and individuals we can partner with to even further spread our net for future applicants.

We would like support ensuring that the right applicants receive our grants. We are looking to reach out to college freshman about the opportunity to apply next year, as well as sophomores who we would encourage to immediately apply (The application is shorter to respect their time while at college). We want to ensure no founder is left behind, and as such would like to source support from a specialist or passionate individual in this field.

We will designate a team member to lead the project and work with the volunteer. We will also prepare members of our Board of Directors so they are aware of the project. We'll provide you with relevant information about our stakeholders and a background briefing on our programs, mission, vision, and purpose. You will have access to relevant materials and our current recruitment pipelines.

Organization Mission

The Problem Today, over 4,000 student-led nonprofits exist in the U.S., but nearly 80% fade within a year, often driven by college applications rather than long-term aspirations. After graduation, running a nonprofit grows harder, with less than 1% of funding reaching youth organizations. Our Mission To help 100 Sophomores scale their nonprofits throughout college, without burning out Our Vision A future in which committed nonprofit directors are in every graduating class Our Model College is a rare window of opportunity, a space before real-world pressures fully set in. That’s where TRIIBE comes in: personalized support for five sophomores each semester, affirming their path and sustaining their vision. We provide: - Funding: $5000 Cash prizes to scale impact - Mentorship: Guidance from experienced leaders to optimize strategies - Community: Opportunities to connect with other young changemakers
