We have this amazing CRM Bloomerang - but we need some help.
Data Scrub: We need help scrubbing the constituent data because we have some duplications. We need help finding and merging these duplications and clarifying who they are.
Best Practices: we need advice on how to set up a solid data intake process. How do we help guide our staff, board and volunteers to be sure what is entered is accurate?

As an organization we directly serve 2,500 households and roughly 7, 572 individuals in our neighborhood. We currently have less than 10% who are members. Once we have our data cleaned up, we can move to creating a strategy to increase membership and engagement in our neighborhood. In addition, we have an auxiliary membership for those who want to support us - and we know we can improve over the 2% support we have right now. We need a little help managing and improving our data processes.

We have two strong users for Bloomerang that can partner with you - our Membership and Sponsorship Coordinator and our Executive Director. Our database is in the cloud and easy to use. We have 40 years of history we have ALREADY cleaned up - this is the last hurrah to get us organized and ready to improve our membership numbers.
