Video Editor: 3 Promotional Videos

We are seeking a volunteer to work with our Communications Coordinator and access interview footage, b-roll, and voiceover to produce three promotional videos ( 1 Minute, 3 minutes and 7 minutes) that highlight MAC’s mission, research, and patient impact.

What You'll Do:
- Edit provided video footage into cohesive, engaging videos
- Incorporate lower-thirds, titles, and basic motion graphics
- Apply transitions, music, and audio cleanup to ensure clarity and polish
- Collaborate via email for feedback and revisions

About GADA Canada:
GADA (Genetic Aortic Disorders Association) Canada is a nonprofit dedicated to saving lives and enabling a promising future for individuals living with genetic aortic disorders.

Your Impact:
We are currently seeking a Volunteer Video Editor to help us with three promotional videos (1 Minute, 3 minutes and 7 minutes) to tell the story of the Montalcino Aortic Consortium (MAC)—a global research initiative working to improve diagnosis and treatment for people with genetic aortic disorders. The finished videos will be shared across our online platforms, presented at conferences, and distributed to key medical and research stakeholders.

All necessary video files, including interview footage (with recommended timecodes outlined), b-roll, and voiceovers, are neatly organized and ready for use. To make the editing process easier, we’ve prepared an example of a similar promotional video to serve as a guide. Our Communications Coordinator will also be available to provide feedback and guidance throughout the process.

Time Commitment:
Approximately 10–15 hours over 4–6 weeks, flexible schedule
