Online Coaching and Retreat Program Design

We are preparing to launch an online coaching and retreat program to expand our reach and support clients both online and in-person. As a new nonprofit, we need help creating a clear and feasible program design that fits our mission and resources. The volunteer will:

a] Review our vision and goals for coaching and retreats.
b] Recommend program formats (online and/or hybrid), audience engagement strategies, and ways to structure sessions.
c] Suggest tools and platforms for online delivery that are user-friendly for both staff and participants.
d] Create a short implementation guide for piloting our first program.

Through working with our organization, the volunteer would most likely save lives, and make other victims' lives better by empowering them to become victors. Our organization seeks to provide for victims of COVERT Narcissistic Abuse.

Our team is prepared to meet with the volunteer and take action based on their advice.
