I'd be very grateful for an audit of the CRM strategies I'm currently using on my email newsletter/online magazine and for suggestions and support around figuring out what my next steps need to be, what immediate and longer-term goals could be, that kind of thing. I'm coming in with some questions and suspect there's much more that I don't even know to ask about.

I have been plateauing for some time -- through better CRM I can better serve my readers and expand my readership, as well as better sourcing funds to do more for them, and to expand the project overall.

I'll have a list of things that I've tried and questions that I have (happy to send that ahead of time).
