We are collecting success stories from our adopters, fosters, and volunteers. We need help adding these stories to our existing website. If possible, we would also like to include a form where people could submit their stories, photos, and videos.

So much of our work is not visible to the community. We believe it is essential to give the community a window into our organization beyond cute photos of kittens on social media. Through these stories, others can see the love we pour into our feline friends and the impact they have on people inside and outside our organization.

We have a few stories with photos to get us started. Ideally we would end up with a template and/or SOP for us to add more stories as they are submitted.

Our website is https://kittykathavenrescue.org/. We have one volunteer who is experienced with Wordpress and typically updates our website, but she has too much on her plate. I will need some training to get me up to speed.

Organization Mission

Kitty Kat Haven & Rescue (KKHR) serves cats of all ages through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption into loving homes. We do this by taking in abandoned cats and kittens via stray surrender, owner surrender, intake from high-kill shelters, and TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) efforts. We provide veterinary care, temporary housing (in our cage-free brick-and-mortar facility and network of foster homes), and adoption into qualified forever homes. We return spayed/neutered feral cats to their colonies and provide ongoing colony care. We believe that every life is precious and deserving of safety, dignity, and love. We do not give up on the animals in our care. We endeavor to give them every chance to heal and live long, happy lives.
