Form 990 Filing and Guidance for Nonprofit Tax Compliance

We are seeking support from a skilled CPA or nonprofit finance professional to assist with preparing and filing our annual Form 990 and ensuring we are in compliance with all federal and state tax requirements. We would also appreciate guidance on organizing our QuickBooks reports to make year-end financial reporting more efficient.

The project may include:

Reviewing our QuickBooks accounts and financial records for accuracy
Advising us on any adjustments or documentation needed
Completing and filing the appropriate version of Form 990
Providing basic recommendations to strengthen our nonprofit financial practices
We are a small organization with limited internal accounting expertise, so clear, simple guidance is appreciated. We are flexible on timing and can provide access to financial reports and prior filings to support the work.
