AMADC HubSpot CRM Implementation Project

Help us make the most out of our HubSpot CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to help us setup our new CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

We currently have a task force of our board of directors that has the following charge:
The Task Force will assist and advise the American Marketing Association DC Chapter (AMADC) in selecting and implementing a new customer relationship management (CRM) software to better serve its membership and constituents in the geographic area of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV). Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
> Initiate planning and requirements gathering - define phased approach, success metrics, and timelines.
> Contract with, set up, and configure the CRM based on data mapping of all AMADC constituent data.
> Create relevant forms, templates, workflows, etc. to streamline administration of membership and constituent engagement.
> Migrate all AMADC constituent data into the new CRM, maintaining and strengthening privacy policies.
> Assist in training and change management for AMADC Board of Directors and volunteers.
> Collect user feedback and address any revisions needed.
> Launch the new CRM and communications for rollout

With data in so many different systems and AMADC not having a place to capture other data, we really do not know who our members and prospective members are. A CRM will help us understand who we serve and how better to serve them. If we have an upcoming networker for association markets, we will be able to pull that from the CRM and target association marketers specifically, as most of our emails now go out to the full database since we're not capturing this type of information. So knowing more about our people will help us connect them to others, to education, and to growth for their careers.

We have already selected HubSpot CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use, as well as where our data is collected elsewhere that will regularly feed the CRM.
