We're looking for a volunteer to help us build out our new social media presence and execute on our social media strategy. Specifically, you'll create a social media posting calendar for the fall that we can leverage across our multiple social media channels. You'll draft copy and create graphics for twenty to thirty posts and make recommendations to customize our content to optimize it for different platforms.

You're a great fit for us if you're passionate about our mission, you have a background in managing professional social media accounts, and you can spend about two hours a week on this project. We are flexible on the duration of time based on your availability.
PAR's electronics recycling social enterprise employs people returning to Philadelphia from incarceration. We have employed and trained nearly 300 people in the past nine years and are a trusted recycling partner to 250 local organizations. But we've just recently launched our social media presence and are excited by the potential of growing our workforce development program and customer base with this additional presence. Your support in content creation will help make our social media presence a success—and allow us to deepen our impact!
To prepare for the project, we will provide you with our social media strategy document as well as graphics templates. You'll have access to photos, logos, and other visual assets. You will also work with members of our team to source additional images and content based on upcoming events.
