My goal for this Taproot project is to complete a development strategy for HNWI and family foundations, including specific targets and engagement strategies. Our current funders are primarily foundations and governments.

Conservation X Labs is seeking to stop the 6th mass extinction. We create and democratize world-changing technologies to apply on the frontlines of conservation, from artificial intelligence to molecular science, that allows anyone, anywhere, to change the reality of what is possible in conservation. We design prizes, challenges, and prototyping competitions that harvest the planet’s collective genius. We test, evaluate, and iterate on solutions in real world settings, and work with innovators and entrepreneurs to bring those solutions to scale.

We have conducted initial outreach, have clear programmatic priorities and pitches, and our two co-founders are highly committed to advancing this strategy. However, our current fundraising team has limited experience with this segment of funder, and we are struggling!
