We’re looking to create a series of short, impactful Reels (15–30 seconds) in Canva to promote our upcoming “A Meal for Every Juan” meal packing event on October 18, 2025. The volunteer will help us design 5–10 Reels that tell a story—showcasing why this event matters, who it serves (malnourished families in the Philippines), and how people can get involved by sponsoring meals, volunteering, or partnering.

We’d love help with:
-Designing Reels using Canva templates (with our branding)
-Selecting strong visuals, transitions, or text to highlight impact
-Organizing the videos so our internal team can review and post them easily
-Optional: light scripting or captioning for clarity and engagement

We’ll provide all assets (logo, brand kit, photos, event info, sample language), and we’ll be available to review work quickly so the volunteer can move efficiently within their limited hours. The final Reels will be shared on Instagram and Facebook to support our outreach efforts leading up to the event.
This project will help bring to life one of our most impactful humanitarian efforts—A Meal for Every Juan—a meal packing experience where volunteers come together to prepare 20,000 meals for malnourished families in the Philippines. Many of the recipients live in ultra-poverty and lack daily access to nutrition, especially children.

By creating compelling Reels and social media content, you’ll help us mobilize the community to give, serve, and show up. Every video you help create has the power to move someone to sponsor a meal, sign up to volunteer, or tell a friend. Your creative support helps transform awareness into action—and action into life-sustaining impact for those in need.

This work will also help us grow our local partnerships and strengthen our presence as a faith-rooted, service-driven nonprofit dedicated to cultural unity, compassion, and community care.
We’re setting this project up for success by preparing everything a volunteer needs to hit the ground running. Our internal team is fully aligned on this campaign, and we’ve already gathered key materials—including our Canva brand kit (logo, colors, fonts), photos from past events, messaging points, and sample captions. We’ve also identified the specific story themes we’d like each Reel to focus on, making the creative direction clear from the start.

This project has strong leadership support from both our communications and program teams. Once the Reels are developed, our marketing team will schedule, review, and deploy them strategically across our platforms to build momentum toward our October 18th event. We’re committed to using the outcomes of this project right away to mobilize volunteers, encourage donations, and spread awareness—and we’re excited to collaborate with a volunteer who shares our heart for service and impact.
