Tech Systems Assessment & Recommendations

How could our nonprofit use technology to build a stronger infrastructure? We need your help answering that question! We actually have a blueprint conducted by another organization, but we need a little bit more help to bring it to life. I'd love to meet with another expert to help us through this process. Our tech stack is so cobbled together making it difficult to manage our day-to-day lives! Let alone the fundraising efforts we need to do.

We're looking for someone to evaluate and advise us about our technology tools. Our team will share a detailed description of our existing systems and the tools we use for email, file sharing, program management, web hosting, web design, and customer relationship management (CRM). After assessing our basic needs, you'll make high-level recommendations to our team about ways to improve some of our basic processes or identify tools we can grow into as we mature. You'll need to keep our team and budget size in mind when considering tech solutions.

For over a decade we have worked diligently to break down silos in the field of Substance Use Disorder. We believe that recovery thrives in connected communities and lasting change happens when recovery isn't siloed. We commit each day to connect and support recovery communities across the state of North Carolina and will continue to do so until all people, resources, and organizations are working together so that recovery is within reach for all. Our role is that of a connector and convenor. We're a central hub for 9 sectors, multiple counties, and deeply connected with the state of NC.

By helping us, at RAI, you would be giving us the gift of tech organization so that we can more effectively serve the community in North Carolina. If we had a more streamlined tech stack, we would be able to work smarter not harder thus leaving us more time to spend with the people who are working in the field of prevention, recovery, and harm reduction which in turn reduces issues caused by SUD - and most importantly saving lives affected by this disease.

I have an entire blueprint of the current problem, current state, and potential future state. We are well versed in technology, super amazing to work with and are all persons living in recovery from SUD - for a number of years. We are a good team - small by mighty.
