We’re looking for a thoughtful and creative volunteer to help us build a strategic, easy-to-use social media content calendar—along with compelling copy that reflects our mission and voice.

As a global nonprofit supporting refugee communities through education and storytelling, we know how powerful social media can be. But our small team doesn’t always have the capacity to plan ahead or write strong, consistent posts. We’d love your help building a 2–3 month content calendar (with templates we can reuse), plus sample captions and messaging we can adapt across platforms.

We’re a global team of volunteers driven by the belief that refugee communities deserve access to opportunity, visibility, and dignity. With funding and media attention shrinking for organizations like ours, a strong and consistent social media presence is essential.

This project will help us amplify refugee voices, reach new supporters, and make our programs more accessible to those who need them. Great content helps us build trust, tell our story with clarity, and expand the reach of our mission in an authentic way.

You’ll be working closely with our Marketing & Communications team, which includes an experienced marketing consultant. We already have brand assets, example posts, a content strategy draft, and a clear sense of our tone and goals.

We’ll come prepared with content pillars, ideas, and audience insights so you can hit the ground running. We’re ready to collaborate, offer quick feedback, and co-create a process we can sustain even after the project ends.
