We are seeking support in developing a marketing strategy to guide how we will bring new supporters and program participants into your funnel. The new supporters can include individuals and organizational philanthropic partners. The marketing for program participants can include marketing to individuals, agencies, and units of government within our target population: people returning to society from incarceration and their loved ones.

Our goal for this project: a comprehensive marketing strategy that ties together how we will leverage marketing channels to achieve our organization's strategic priorities.

Your skills fill a vital need on our team. We are primed to grow and help some of the most marginalized people in our society. Your marketing and strategizing skills will help us do that.

This project will benefit not only from an engaged team but also through a symbiotic relationship with other Taproot projects, such as Stakeholder research, Mission and Vision Development, and Business/Fundraising Strategy development.

Heart-to-Heart helps those marginalized by society and in the most need to heal, thrive, and become the leaders they are called to be. We do this by forming learning communities in and out of correctional facilities through which people develop skills essential for personal and societal healing. The skills are the MEDC (pronounced medic) skills of Mindfulness, Empathy, Decision making, and Conflict transformation.
