We are a small organization seeking to hire an employee for the first time. We are seeking guidance on hiring practices for a remote employee, most importantly legal and HR practices that will cover state employment regulations.

The volunteer will help support our mission of providing excellent services and professional development for our members, most of whom work to support of autistic college students.

We have created a job description and have Board approval to make this hire. We have a reliable network of members to help market the opportunity.
