We are looking for a volunteer who has experience navigating mergers. During this project, you will help us draft a merger agreement that is compliant with best practices for nonprofits. Advise us on merger process steps and any required reporting.

We will gain capacity through receiving their remaining assets and their full-time employee. We will continue their programs on leadership and we will publish their draft reports. We will reduce duplication of mission initiatives by merging.

We have an MOU draft and both boards have approved the merger.
