We need help creating a communication strategy to inform our community that language services are available. A great plan is only effective if people know about it! The volunteer will help us:

- Develop a Communication Plan: Create a strategy for proactively communicating our language access services to clients, community partners, and other stakeholders.

- Create Key Messaging: Draft simple, clear, and accessible messages to promote these services.

- Identify Outreach Channels: Recommend the most effective channels (e.g., website, social media, partner networks) for reaching the diverse LEP communities we serve.
This project directly supports our mission by building trust with communities that face language barriers. An effective communication strategy ensures that our commitment to language access is not just a policy on a shelf, but a visible and accessible reality. This will make it easier for survivors of human trafficking to find our services and feel confident that they will be understood and supported.
The volunteer will be equipped with our completed Language Access Policy and Implementation Plan, giving them full context for their work. We will provide a dedicated staff contact, an overview of our current communication channels, and insights into our target audiences. We are committed to implementing the volunteer's recommendations to ensure our services reach those who need them most.
