We are looking for an Airtable-savvy volunteer to build out our impact data infrastructure within our existing account. The goal is to create a centralized, user-friendly, and sustainable system for our team to collect and manage program data. This project will involve:

- Designing the Airtable Base: Structure the optimal set of tables, fields, linked records, and relationships within Airtable to perfectly align with our new Data Metrics Framework.

- Building User-Friendly Interfaces: Create intuitive forms for staff to perform data entry and set up pre-filtered views and dashboards so our team can easily see and work with their program data.

- Developing Documentation: Create a clear, simple guide with screenshots to show our staff how to use the new Airtable base, maintain data quality, and follow best practices.
This project will create the data backbone of our organization. A solid data infrastructure is essential for improving our program effectiveness, ensuring accountability to our funders, and strengthening our advocacy efforts. By having reliable data in Airtable, we can make better strategic decisions and tell more powerful stories about our impact. This directly supports our mission by enabling us to secure the resources and make the data-informed improvements necessary to provide transformative services for survivors of human trafficking.
We have chosen Airtable as our platform. This project is the second phase of a three-part initiative, and the volunteer will be handed the blueprint from our first project, the "Data Standardization & Metrics Framework," which will define exactly what data this base needs to hold. Our leadership and staff are fully bought-in and a dedicated staff member will be the volunteer's point person, with our team available for user-feedback and testing.
