Brand Style Guide Development

We need a comprehensive brand style guide that includes specific colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements in formats we can use in both print and digital communications. We’re looking for a volunteer who is excited about our mission and has experience with brand development and voice.

This style guide will serve as a long-term resource for our organization and may include:

- Rules and guidelines for staff, board members, and volunteers to maintain brand consistency

- Tone and voice guidelines with examples

- Formatting examples for print and digital materials

- Grammar, spelling, and punctuation preferences

- Instructions for tailoring communications across different channels and audiences

- Clear explanation of the value of a consistent brand and voice-Rules and guidelines for staff and board members to maintain brand consistency

As we grow, we are producing more digital and print materials for community outreach, events, and fundraising. Having a consistent, professional style across all platforms will strengthen our credibility, increase community trust, and make our communications more effective.

We’ve already established our logo, brand colors, and fonts, and have examples of past marketing materials to share. Our team is prepared with branding goals, target audience insights, and examples of brands we admire. We’ll make ourselves available for regular check-ins, provide timely feedback, and review volunteer portfolios during the interview process to ensure alignment.
