Volunteer Management Process Development

We are seeking skilled volunteer support to create a clear, replicable framework for volunteer transitions within our organization.

Taproot volunteer will help us:

-Develop a step-by-step handover guide for outgoing volunteers (duties, responsibilities, and helpful tips).
-Create a welcome and onboarding process for incoming volunteers to step into their role with confidence.
-Draft guidelines for leadership support, ensuring volunteers know where to turn for help while keeping oversight light and sustainable.

Deliverable: A written transition framework (handover guide, onboarding steps, and leadership guidelines) that our team can use for future volunteer cycles.

Our organization was built on the energy and dedication of volunteers, and their contributions remain at the heart of how we deliver on our mission.
