Prospective Corporate Sponsor and Warm Leads List Development

My goal for this Taproot project is to work with a skilled volunteer to build out a list of potential corporate sponsors and warm leads. Specifically, we are looking to connect with companies that have ERG's and philanthropic programs that are aligned with the work we do in order to invite them to present about their work at our annual event, Positive Force for Change. Then we plan to leverage these connections towards corporate sponsorship. With the skilled volunteer we plan to create: a list of potential companies to reach out to, warm leads or strategies to develop warm leads, strategies for developing relationships with companies so they accept the offer to present, and strategies to convert presenting companies into corporate sponsors.

This project will support our mission by bringing in general operations support.

We have prepared for this project by conducting the Positive Force for Change event in the past (though not focusing on corporations), by involving our board of directors in building out our current list of potential companies to reach out to and warm leads. Generating a list that is currently 21 companies long.
