We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help Ineffable Films design an Impact & Evaluation Framework that tracks our outcomes and tells the story of our work. This project includes:
• Reviewing our current programs and identifying measurable outcomes (youth engagement, skills gained, creative outputs, community reach, etc.)
• Developing a set of KPIs and metrics that align with our mission and funder expectations
• Creating templates for impact reporting (for grants, donors, and board updates)
• Advising how to integrate data collection and reporting within our CRM (Go High Level)
Ineffable Films empowers young filmmakers from diverse cultural backgrounds to tell their stories and share them with the world. By building a clear Impact & Evaluation framework, we will be able to measure the growth of our students, showcase the value of our programs, and demonstrate outcomes to donors and partners. This project will strengthen our ability to secure funding, scale programs, and amplify youth voices globally.
We’ve clarified our program goals and outcomes and already use Go High Level as our CRM, where we want to centralize impact data. Our Executive Leadership team will provide program details, existing data, and reporting needs, and will collaborate closely with the volunteer to ensure recommendations are practical and implementable. We will set regular check-ins, give timely feedback, and ensure smooth access to the information needed.

Organization Mission

Ineffable Films is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young filmmakers from international lineages to tell the human journey of awakening in a world different from them, yet one they cannot abandon. We explore narratives that expose and celebrate the cultures, ethnicities, and communities of worlds both real and imagined. Our mission is to support these teenagers, especially those from BIPOC backgrounds, in telling their unique human journeys through the powerful medium of film. We operate primarily in the Greater Boston area, including Somerville, Cambridge, and Brookline, with aspirations to expand our reach and impact.
