We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help Ineffable Films configure our CRM (Go High Level) to better manage and track the people and opportunities connected to our nonprofit. This project includes:
• Setting up pipelines to track volunteers, potential students, and grant opportunities
• Customizing fields and workflows that reflect our organizational needs (applications, onboarding, follow-ups, reporting)
• Building simple dashboards for staff to view progress and outcomes at a glance
• Providing guidance on best practices for data management and reporting in Go High Level
Ineffable Films empowers young filmmakers from diverse cultural backgrounds to tell their stories and share them with the world. By organizing and streamlining our CRM, we’ll be able to manage volunteers more effectively, track student engagement, and stay on top of grant opportunities. This project will strengthen our infrastructure, allowing us to scale programs, support more youth filmmakers, and deepen our community impact.
We already use Go High Level as our CRM, and our leadership team has outlined the core groups and processes we need to track (volunteers, students, grants). We will provide access to the system, examples of our current data collection, and a clear vision of what we need the setup to achieve. Regular check-ins and timely feedback will ensure the volunteer’s work is efficient and aligned with our goals.

Organization Mission

Ineffable Films is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young filmmakers from international lineages to tell the human journey of awakening in a world different from them, yet one they cannot abandon. We explore narratives that expose and celebrate the cultures, ethnicities, and communities of worlds both real and imagined. Our mission is to support these teenagers, especially those from BIPOC backgrounds, in telling their unique human journeys through the powerful medium of film. We operate primarily in the Greater Boston area, including Somerville, Cambridge, and Brookline, with aspirations to expand our reach and impact.
