We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help Ineffable Films strengthen our technology and digital infrastructure so we can scale our programs effectively. This project includes:
• Reviewing our current tech tools (Google Workspace, Go High Level CRM, Canva Pro, Slack, shared drives)
• Assessing gaps in digital systems for communications, data management, security, and collaboration
• Recommending best practices and integrations between platforms
• Creating a Digital Infrastructure Roadmap (with clear steps for near-term and long-term improvements)
Ineffable Films empowers young filmmakers from diverse cultural backgrounds to tell their stories and share them with the world. A strong technology foundation will ensure we can manage volunteers, track student progress, collaborate across multiple regions, and sustain our growth. By creating a digital infrastructure plan, this project will directly help us reach more youth, expand programming, and operate more efficiently.
We already use a range of digital tools (Google Workspace, Go High Level, Slack, Canva Pro, shared drives) and have a clear picture of where bottlenecks are happening. Our leadership team will provide access, documentation, and context on how staff, interns, and volunteers currently use these systems. We’ll schedule regular check-ins and provide prompt feedback to keep the project focused and actionable.

Organization Mission

Ineffable Films is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young filmmakers from international lineages to tell the human journey of awakening in a world different from them, yet one they cannot abandon. We explore narratives that expose and celebrate the cultures, ethnicities, and communities of worlds both real and imagined. Our mission is to support these teenagers, especially those from BIPOC backgrounds, in telling their unique human journeys through the powerful medium of film. We operate primarily in the Greater Boston area, including Somerville, Cambridge, and Brookline, with aspirations to expand our reach and impact.
